Our structural warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures in:

• Frames, joints and structural welds
• Chair bases, gas lifts and mechanism failures (office chairs)
• Drawer slides, cabinet hinges and hardware that fail under normal use
• Significant delamination or veneer separation not caused by moisture
• Defects present at the time of delivery that were not visible during inspection

The warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration caused by:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
• Exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight or extreme temperatures
• Modifications or repairs made by the customer or third parties
• Fabric or leather pilling, fading or staining
• Scratches, dents or surface damage caused after delivery
• Commercial use of residential-grade products

Upholstered furniture is not covered under structural warranty for fabric/leather condition, but proper care can greatly extend its lifespan:

1. Contact our warranty team within the 1-year warranty period.
2. Provide your invoice number, photos/video of the defect and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days.
4. If approved, we will repair, replace the affected part, or replace the item at our discretion.

We reserve the right to inspect the item in person before finalising a warranty decision.
