At Furniture Ocean Kenya, we provide secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth procurement process for your office furniture. All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for all orders:
- M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa): Our preferred and most secure method for instant mobile payments.
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure encrypted payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer (EFT/RTGS): Ideal for corporate and bulk orders. Please note that orders will be processed once the funds reflect in our account (typically 1 business day).
2. Payment Security
Your security is our top priority.
- SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal and financial information during transit.
- Data Privacy: We do not store your full credit card details or M-Pesa PINs on our servers. All card processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.
3. Order Validation
- Full Payment: For standard retail orders, full payment is required before dispatch and installation.
- Corporate Invoicing: Verified corporate clients may request pro-forma invoices for internal processing. Please contact info@furnitureocean.co.ke for corporate account setups.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (16%) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
The total price displayed at checkout includes the product price and the flat-rate shipping fee of KES 1,000. There are no hidden "handling" or "assembly" fees.
5. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive:
- An automated order confirmation email.
- An official tax invoice sent to your registered email address.
