1. Shipping Rates

We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping fee to simplify your procurement process:

• Flat Rate Delivery: KES 1,000.00 for all orders within Kenya.

Note: This fee covers secure transport and, where applicable, professional on-site assembly by our technical team.

2. Delivery Timeline

We understand that setting up your workspace is time-sensitive.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
• Total Delivery Time: You can expect your furniture to arrive and be installed within 1 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Nairobi & Environs: Often experience the shorter end of this window (1–3 days).

Upcountry Delivery: May take the full 8 business days depending on the specific county and transit schedules.

3. Delivery Process & Professional Assembly

Because office furniture can be bulky and complex, our delivery service includes:

• Pre-Delivery Call: Our logistics team will call you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
• On-Site Installation: For desks and complex ergonomic chairs, our team handles the assembly at no extra cost beyond the flat shipping rate.
• Inspection: We require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your items for any transit damage before signing the delivery note.

4. Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to all 47 counties within Kenya.

Please ensure the delivery point is accessible for a standard delivery vehicle.

If your office is located above the ground floor without a functional elevator, please notify us in advance at info@furnitureocean.co.ke so we can arrange adequate personnel.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or a part is missing:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
• Contact our support team at +254 787720379 within 24 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or repair at our expense.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our Nairobi Distribution Center, you will receive an SMS or email update with the contact details of the lead delivery officer assigned to your route.
