At Furniture Ocean Kenya, we take pride in the quality of our office furniture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

New and Unopened: Products must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, or modified.

3. Fees and Charges

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Return Method

You can return your items in two ways:

In-Store: Bring the item to our Nairobi Distribution Center.
By Mail: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer). You will receive the credit within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately at info@furnitureocean.co.ke.
